親愛的家長與選手您好，
JGL 一直致力於打造一個兼具 競技品質、教育意義與國際接軌 的青少年高爾夫平台。近期在賽事過程中，我們觀察到部分觀賽行為與比賽參與方式，可能對比賽的公平性與選手的獨立判斷產生影響。
我們非常重視每一位家長的參與與支持，也藉此機會向大家說明 JGL開放觀賽的理念，以及相關觀賽禮儀與原則。
開放觀賽的初衷與意義
1. 與國際賽事接軌
在多數國際青少年及職業高爾夫賽事中，觀眾（包含家長）皆可進場觀賽。這不僅是高爾夫文化的一部分，也讓選手能在真實競賽環境中學習專注與抗壓。
2. 建立正向的親子參與
JGL希望家長在不影響賽事的前提下，能陪伴孩子參與比賽、見證成長，讓高爾夫成為一項兼具競技與家庭連結的運動。
3. 培養選手的獨立與責任感
高爾夫是一項高度仰賴自我管理的運動，選手需自行面對：

這些都是青少年成長過程中極為重要的學習。
觀賽原則與禮儀
為維護賽事公平與專業性，JGL提醒所有觀賽家長：觀賽可以陪伴，但不介入比賽。
觀賽過程中，請避免任何可能影響選手比賽判斷與流程的行為，並尊重每位選手在場上的自主決策與比賽空間。
關於比賽制度與運動精神
高爾夫運動的核心精神，在於誠實（Integrity）與自我負責（Responsibility）。
在賽事進行中，選手需依照規則完成比賽並確認成績，這也是國際高爾夫長期建立的制度與文化。
我們理解，在青少年階段的學習過程中，仍可能出現經驗不足或判斷不夠成熟的情況。這些過程，正是選手逐步建立規則意識與責任感的重要一環。

Dear Parents and Players,
JGL is committed to building a junior golf platform that integrates competitive excellence, educational value, and international alignment. Recently, we have observed certain spectating behaviors and forms of participation that may impact the fairness of competition and the players’ ability to make independent decisions.
We truly value the involvement and support of every parent. At the same time, we would like to take this opportunity to share the philosophy behind JGL’s open spectating policy, along with the relevant etiquette and principles.
The Purpose and Value of Open Spectating
1. Aligning with International Standards
In most international junior and professional golf events, spectators— including parents— are allowed on-site. This is an integral part of golf culture and provides players with the opportunity to develop focus and resilience in a real competitive environment.
2. Encouraging Positive Parent-Child Engagement
JGL hopes that, without interfering with the competition, parents can accompany their children, witness their growth, and make golf a sport that fosters both competition and family connection.
3. Developing Players’ Independence and Responsibility
Golf is a sport that relies heavily on self-management. Players are responsible for:
- Making judgments and decisions
- Managing their pace of play
- Recording and verifying their scores
These are all essential learning experiences in a young player’s development.
Spectating Principles and Etiquette
To maintain fairness and professionalism, JGL kindly reminds all spectators:
You are welcome to accompany, but not to intervene.
During spectating, please avoid any actions that may influence players’ decisions or the flow of play, and respect each player’s autonomy and competitive space on the course.
Competition Structure and the Spirit of the Game
The core values of golf are integrity and responsibility.
During competition, players are expected to play according to the rules and verify their own scores— this has long been a fundamental system and tradition in golf worldwide.
We understand that in the junior stage, players may sometimes lack experience or make imperfect judgments. These moments are an important part of learning, helping them gradually build rule awareness and a sense of responsibility.
JGL’s Ongoing Efforts
JGL will continue to enhance the quality of competitions and player development through:
- Strengthening pre-round rules education
- Building players’ understanding of competition procedures and responsibilities
- Continuously improving event management and on-site guidance
At the same time, we sincerely ask for parents’ cooperation in maintaining a fair, respectful, and educational competition environment.
