為持續提升賽事品質，並打造更完善且具教育意義的青少年高爾夫發展環境，JGL 正式成立 PSA（Parent Support Association）家長後援會，邀請家長共同參與賽事運作，成為支持選手的重要夥伴，一起打造更好的比賽環境。
家長後援會（PSA）為 JGL 賽事的重要組成之一，透過家長的參與，協助維護比賽之公平性、流暢度與整體品質，並共同營造良好且正向的競技環境。

一、參與內容
家長後援會成員將依賽事需求參與相關支援工作，包括但不限於：
- 協助賽事計分與成績確認
- 協助即時成績登錄
- 支援賽事現場運作
相關工作內容將由賽事團隊統一說明與安排。
二、實施方式
本機制將優先導入於低年級組（G1–G4）賽事，並視執行情況逐步擴展至其他賽事相關事務。
為確保賽事公平性與公正性，家長後援會成員將由賽事團隊統一安排於非其子女之組別進行支援。
三、角色定位
家長後援會（PSA）不僅為賽事支援角色，更是 JGL 推動賽事品質與運動教育的重要合作夥伴。
我們期望透過家長後援會的建立，讓家長從陪伴者進一步成為參與者，共同為選手打造更專業且具發展性的競技舞台。

To further enhance the quality of our tournaments and build a more comprehensive and educational environment for junior golf development, JGL is proud to officially establish the PSA (Parent Support Association).
We warmly invite parents to take part in tournament operations and become key partners in supporting our players, working together to create a better and more meaningful competition environment.
The Parent Support Association (PSA) is an integral part of JGL tournaments. Through parent participation, PSA helps maintain the fairness, efficiency, and overall quality of competitions, while fostering a positive and respectful sporting environment.

PSA supports all players — not just their own children.

As children grow, parents grow alongside them.
I. Scope of Participation
PSA members may be involved in various tournament support roles, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with scoring and score verification
- Supporting live scoring operations
- Assisting with on-site tournament operation
II. Implementation
This initiative will first be introduced in younger divisions (G1–G4) and will be gradually expanded to other divisions and tournament operations based on implementation outcomes.
To ensure fairness and impartiality, PSA members will be assigned to support groups other than their own child’s group.
III. Role Positioning
The PSA is not only a support role, but also a key partner in JGL’s efforts to elevate tournament quality and promote sports education.
Through the establishment of the PSA, we hope parents can move beyond being spectators and become active participants, working together to build a more professional and development-oriented competitive platform for our players.

Participation schedules and assignments will be arranged and communicated by the tournament team based on overall needs.
