115 年 1 月 12 日（一）中午 12:00 - 115 年 1 月 23 日（五）下午6:00（或額滿為止）
報名費為新台幣 $5,000 元
＊所有報名者（包含預報候補之選手）送出報名申請後請於三日內（含當日）完成匯款（依入帳日），始視為報名成功。確認報名成功者將收到系統發送之確認電子郵件【JGL 賽事參賽資格與匯款確認 Tournament Entry and Fee Confirmation 】。
＊若需實體收據請於賽事當日前，事先透過電子郵件或官方LINE索取，將安排於賽事當天報到處領取；否則皆以電子檔透過電子郵件寄送至註冊信箱。

【 編組表及開球時間 】

【 退款辦法 】
1. 辦理請假者，請發送請假通知至 JGL官方信箱 (info@jgl.tw)，以email收件日為請假日。
2. 退款規定
a. 於 115 年 1 月 23 日（含）前 辦理請假者，將扣除新台幣 200 元整作為手續費，其餘費用退還。
b. 於 115 年 1 月 24 日（含）至 2 月 20 日（含）期間辦理請假者，退還已繳報名費用之 70%。
c. 於 賽事當日 辦理請假（除病假）者，不予退費。
d. 申請病假者，請提交正式就醫證明，將扣除新台幣 500 元整作為手續費，其餘費用退還。
3. 將統一於賽事結束後十個工作天退款。
4. 退款費用可選擇
a. 扣抵下一場賽事報名費
b. 直接匯款退還

Entry fee is NTD$ 5,000 (includes 36 holes over 2 days)
＊All registrants (including waitlisted) must complete payment within 3 days of submission (including the day of submission) — based on actual deposit date.
＊Confirmation email titled “JGL 賽事參賽資格與匯款確認 Tournament Entry and Fee Confirmation” will be sent upon successful registration.
＊Receipts will be sent electronically; if a hard copy is needed, please request via email or the official LINE.

【 Refund Policy 】
1. A withdrawal request MUST be emailed to official JGL email address at info@jgl.tw. The date of the email receipt will be considered the official applied date.
2. Refund guidelines
a. Withdrawal on or before January 23, 2026 will be charged a processing fee of NTD 200, with the remaining balance refunded.
b. Withdrawal between January 24, 2026 and February 20, 2026 (inclusive) will receive a 70% refund of the amount paid.
c. Withdrawal on event day: NO refund.
d. Withdrawal with valid medical proof provided, a handling fee of NTD $500 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Refund Processing Timeline: all refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days after the conclusion of the tournament.
4. Refund Method Options
Refunds may be issued in one of the following ways:
a. Applied as a credit toward the registration fee for the next tournament, or
b. Refunded via bank transfer.
