On Saturday, October 11, during the JGL Leg 6 tournament, the Junior Golf League (JGL) partnered with the Golvement Team, a professional organization specializing in youth athletic training, to host an insightful seminar focused on common posture issues among junior golfers — flat feet, winged scapula, anterior pelvic tilt, and scoliosis.
The session covered the causes and physical impacts of these conditions on golf performance and provided practical correction strategies through proper stretching, strength training, and posture awareness.

The Golvement team also emphasized how the rate of physical development and muscle balance varies greatly at different stages of adolescence. By establishing early habits of proper movement control and core stability, young athletes can significantly reduce injury risks and enhance performance. Using scientific assessments such as the GMS Movement Screening, Golvement helps junior players and parents better understand their physical conditions and build a foundation for sustainable improvement.
Through this collaboration, JGL continues to promote youth golf education and holistic well-being, supporting young athletes in achieving both healthy development and athletic excellence.
